Highticketkreator LTD is the data controller for oramemory.app and the Oramemory app. Contact: hello@oramemory.app.
Subscription status, through Apple. Profile data about the person cared for, entered by you: first name, date of birth, the stage described by their doctor, conditions, allergies and medication. The shared log: meals, moods, medication given, incidents and notes, with time and author. Her space: her words, playlist, photos and recorded voices. Apple Health data, only if she allows it on her iPhone: sleep and step counts. Her location, only at the moment she presses call and only if she agreed. Circle data: names, roles and phone numbers of the people you invite.
Waitlist: your email, your country and your answer to "who are you caring for".
To provide the service you asked for (contract). For health data, on the basis of the explicit consent of the person concerned or of their legal representative, given on her iPhone and revocable at any time. To keep the service secure and to answer support requests (legitimate interest). To send the launch email you asked for (consent, with double opt-in in France).
In the family’s own iCloud account, through Apple CloudKit, and on the iPhones of the people in the circle. Oramemory does not run servers that hold this data. Payments are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms; we never receive card details.
The people in the circle, according to the roles you set. The person, on her own screen. We cannot see her record, because it is not on our servers. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics vendors. We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics that do not identify you.
Sell or rent personal data. Show advertising. Train machine-learning models on family data. Share data with third parties for marketing or analytics. Keep what you delete.
Her record stays in your family’s iCloud until you delete it. Delete everything, in Settings, removes it from your iPhone at once. Waitlist emails are deleted ninety days after launch.
You can access, correct, export and delete your data at any time from the app, and you can withdraw consent at any time on her iPhone. You may also write to us to exercise any right under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you can complain to your supervisory authority (the CNIL in France, the ICO in the United Kingdom).
Oramemory is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We will tell you by email at least thirty days before any change to this policy that matters.
