Oramemory is made and operated by Highticketkreator LTD ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@oramemory.app. These terms apply to the Oramemory app, the website oramemory.app, and the waitlist.
Oramemory is a wellbeing and organisation tool for families caring for a person living with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or dietitian. Guidance in the app is general and informational. Always follow the advice of the professionals who know the person.
Oramemory is not an emergency service and must not be relied on in an emergency.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the people you invite into the circle and for keeping your login safe. You confirm that you have the right to enter information about the person you care for, and, where required, the agreement of that person or of their legal representative.
Oramemory is sold as a yearly subscription of 89 euros (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store), covering up to six caregivers around one person. It begins with a free trial of seven days. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple through your App Store account; cancel any time before renewal to avoid the next charge.
If, at the end of a paid year, Oramemory has not made caring easier for you, write to us within thirty days of that year ending and we will refund that year in full. Families accepted into the first fifty receive Oramemory free of charge for as long as the service exists.
How we handle personal data, including health data, is described in our privacy policy and, in plain words, on our privacy page. In short: we store data in the European Union, we never sell it, we never show advertising, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Do not use Oramemory to monitor a person against their will or against the wishes of their legal representative, to harass anyone, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep Oramemory available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you at least ninety days’ notice and the means to export everything.
To the extent permitted by law, Highticketkreator LTD is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of Oramemory, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting the consumer protections you have where you live. If we disagree, please write to us first; most things can be solved with a conversation.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email at least thirty days before the change takes effect.
